We had a fantastic time with friends! The suite was spacious, featuring a kitchenette, perfect for our late-night snacks. We caught an exciting game at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and enjoyed walking along scenic trails near Brandywine Falls. Just a heads-up about valet charging $24, but it was worth it for convenience!
On one occasion, we waited a bit too long for our valet service, which was frustrating with a tight schedule. But overall, it didn't ruin our experience.

We had an awesome stay! The suite was super spacious with a comfy king-sized bed, and we loved the cozy relaxation lounge with games and a movie area for family fun. One small hiccup was that the room was a bit warm, but it didn't ruin our trip at all. 😊

The Angus beef at the hotel restaurant is a must-try—so juicy and packed with flavor! Plus, the shuttle to Cleveland Clinic runs like clockwork, perfect for those appointments. The welcoming front desk staff and spot-on valet service rounded out a quality stay.
The double beds felt crammed for two people, especially since there was no fitted sheet to keep things tidy throughout the night. Even with those quirks, the stay still managed to shine!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental. The staff amazed me with their friendliness, from the front desk to the restaurant. They remembered me on my return visit, which felt personal. The King Suite was spacious and had a kitchenette, making it convenient for snacks. The restaurant served delicious meals, especially the Angus beef. Shuttle service to the Cleveland Clinic ran smoothly, saving me time. A couple of issues popped up, though. The heating system struggled a bit. one night my room got too warm. Also, the sofa bed had some crumbs left under it, which was a little off-putting. Overall, my experience was positive, but those few details need attention. I’ll definitely consider staying again due to the location and friendly atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay in the King Suite with Sofa Bed! The room was spacious and included a kitchenette, which was perfect for late-night snacks. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Also, the restaurant on-site had delicious food, especially the Angus beef!
Only downside was the lack of street parking.

Close to the clinic, the shuttle runs often. The restaurant's service was too slow, especially during dinner. Happy hour drinks helped us unwind after a stressful day. Rooms felt a bit dated and could use some refurbishment.

The King Suite was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was super handy for snacks, and the king bed felt great to crash in. But the shower pressure was pretty weak, and I could hear the doors slamming a lot, which was annoying. The kitchen didn’t come with plates or silverware, so we had to improvise a bit. Overall, it was a solid place for our short stay, just needed some minor tweaks.
